Double strike 199x cent with first strike approx 30% off center and second strike approx 95% off center on the struck portion. Highly unusual to find both strikes off center. Second strike is uniface reverse. Looks BU red-brown mostly red, with lots of zinc exposed. Closer examination shows ghosting of Lincoln's face and doubling of UNITED STATES which indicates could be double strike on center. In which case, this may be a triple strike.
