Approx 85% off center 1973S cent. with unifaced reverse. Looks BU red-brown with lots of red on obverse strike portion. Couple spots on blank obverse and reverse. The SF mint returned to minting business strikes in 1968 but soon ended production in 1974. The rarest find would be those dated 1974.
