Approx 30% off center 1968S cent. Hard to find this far off center. Most 1968S I've seen are only 10-20% off center. Looks BU brown with hint of red. The SF mint returned to minting business strikes in 1968 but soon ended production in 1974. The rarest find would be those dated 1974.
